Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, we do accept returns as outlined in our Return Policy.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages

  • SlimThick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • Ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
